Radisson Blu arrives in the Swiss Alps

Radisson Blu has opened its first hotel in the Swiss Alps, the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, Andermatt.

The hotel, which is in the village of Andermatt, faces the mountains and has 179 rooms and 45 suites and apartments in the typical style of Swiss chalets. Each room is equipped with WiFi, an LED television and has 24-hour room service.

Meetings and events space includes six meeting rooms and boardrooms, as well as a multifunctional concert hall for up to 700 guests.

Facilities include The Spun restaurant, which serves local and Italian-inspired dishes, and a lobby lounge and bar with a fireplace. The health and wellness area has a 25-metre-long pool with panoramic views, a sauna and steam bath.
