Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled a new dining venue and menus that will debut aboard Seven Seas Prestige when the ship enters service in December.
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose will be an alfresco daytime restaurant aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5. Open from 12h00 to 18h00, it will serve globally inspired dishes ranging from sushi, tapas and yakitori to Korean beef short rib, satay and Japanese broiled salmon.
The cruise line has also revealed the menu for Azure, a new Mediterranean-inspired speciality restaurant. Its mezze-style menu draws influences from Europe, Africa and Asia and is designed around sharing plates.
Regent will also introduce an updated menu at its Prime 7 steakhouse aboard Seven Seas Prestige, with dishes including lobster thermidor, truffle mac and cheese, roasted chicken and a 14-layer chocolate mousse cake. The updated Prime 7 recipes will later be rolled out across the Regent fleet.
Seven Seas Prestige will offer 11 dining experiences in total, including seven speciality restaurants.
The ship, Regent’s first new ship class in a decade, will accommodate guests in 411 suites and have 630 crew members. Its maiden voyage will depart Barcelona on December 13 for a 14-night transatlantic sailing to Miami.
