15 Nov 2022
Comments | 0

With industry still largely in the dark about the new Traveller Declaration System –  to be piloted at Durban’s King Shaka International Airport  at the end of November before being rolled out at all airports – SARS is hosting a webinar to clear up questions and concerns.

The aim of the webinar is to educate stakeholders and travellers about this simple and modernised system developed for travellers to declare goods and currency before embarking on air travel to or from South Africa.

It will afford SARS the opportunity to provide clarity on the traveller declaration process by equipping stakeholders, traders and travellers with the relevant information and insight required to make it easy for them to comply with their tax and customs obligations.

Theme: The South African Traveller Declaration System
Date: Thursday, November 17, 2022
Time:  17:00-19:00 (SA time)
