THE Tourism Hospitality & Sport Education & Training Authority (THETA) has announced its Board of Directors:
From the Association of South African Travel Agents, Kananelo Makhetha (managing director), Bruce Mac Farlane from the Board of Airline Representatives, Dr Tanya Abrahamse (executive director) from the Department of Environmental Affairs & Tourism, Willem Fick (executive director) representing the Department of Environmental Affairs & Tourism, Mike Tsotsetsi, representing the Entertainment, Commercial and Allied Workers' Union, Tony Beart, representing the Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa (FEDHASA), Thomson Ramanala, Food & Allied Workers Union, Leela Reddy from the Hospitality Industries & Allied Workers Union, Nick Martin, Hotel Industry Liaison Group, Joseph Maqhekeni, National Council of Trade Unions,
Maxwell Jordaan, SA Sports Commission, Lynn Lourens, SA Sports Commission, J Malan, Bargaining Council for the Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades, Jimmy Michaelides, Restaurant and Food Services Association of South Africa, Ann Lawrance, South African Association of Registered Tour Guides, Allan Elias, South African Chefs Association, Mafa Dlamini or Thabo Mahlangu of the South African Commercial Catering and Allied Workers Union , Gail McCann Southern Africa Tourism Services Association, Tony Ansara and Vincent Hays from THETA and lastly, Donna McCartney, Travel Agents Employee Association.
