Comments | 0

Travelport has been granted Level 4 NDC (New Distribution Capability) certification from Iata.

The NDC certification enhances capabilities in travel retailing, offer and order management, and servicing of bookings. Level 4 is the highest level of certification and includes capabilities for full offer and order management to support airlines with their content distribution.

With Level 4 certification, Travelport can expand its current capabilities (voiding tickets and cancellations) to include modifying and exchanging tickets as well as processing refunds for NDC bookings.
