PREMIER Hotels &

grow. It is investing over

R380m in the construction

of a hospitality precinct on

Umhlanga Ridge, Durban, off

the N2, offering a four-star

Premier Hotel and threestar Premier Splendid Inn,

scheduled to open in February.

The 130-room Premier

Hotel will offer a restaurant,

swimming pool and gym, while

the Premier Splendid Inn will

feature 64 rooms and its own

eatery. Guests at both hotels

will enjoy sea views from

every bedroom, and access to

the on-site conferencing venue

that will cater for up to 400

delegates.

The property is conveniently

located close to the Gateway

Shopping Centre, Busamed

Private Hospital and various

office parks. Construction

is on track, Mark Jakins,

Premier Group sales, revenue

and marketing director told
