Discover Airlines (previously Eurowings Discover), the Lufthansa Group's leisure airline, will enhance its offering to Namibia with direct flights between Windhoek and Munich, starting April 1, 2025.

Discover’s new flights to Windhoek will make it the only carrier offering a direct service between the cities.

The flights will operate year-round on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from Terminal 2 at Munich Airport. The route will be operated by an Airbus A330.

The Frankfurt-Windhoek route will continue to be served daily.

The service is part of Discover’s broader focus on African destinations, which include popular locations such as Mauritius, Victoria Falls, Mombasa, Zanzibar, and Kilimanjaro.

Discover will also launch flights to Orlando, Florida, and Calgary, Canada.
