Accor has partnered with Fragrance Group to open a Novotel hotel in Perth, Australia.
The 431-room hotel is set for a soft opening on December 19 and will feature a fitness and spa facility, four bars and restaurants, four meeting rooms and a conference room for up to 120 people banquet style.
The first phase of 40 rooms will open this month and there will be a staged opening for the rest of the rooms and suites next year.
This will be the second hotel for Fragrance Group and Accor in Australia, following the Ibis Styles Hobart, the largest hotel in Tasmania.
