Accor has partnered with ChatGPT to integrate its ALL Accor booking platform and loyalty application content with the generative AI search engine.
The integration allows ChatGPT to provide detailed Accor hotel search results, including rates, in response to prompts requesting Accor hotels, with specifications about destinations, dates, room types and amenities. When users opt to book, they are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform for reservations.
According to Accor, this will make it the first hospitality brand offering this level of generative AI engine optimised-content on its hotel offerings.
