The Africa Showcase roadshow was met with enthusiasm at its first edition in South Africa, taking place at the Protea Hotel by Marriott in Johannesburg on Tuesday (July 26).
The next stops for the international show, hosted by On Show Solutions, were in Durban and Cape Town over the following two days.
With 18 products participating, ranging from hotel chains, game reserves and boutique lodges to tourism organisations and tour operators, attendees got to meet a wide variety of players in the African travel trade and hear about their offerings and source markets.
The South African edition followed the successful international restart in the US, Germany and Scandinavia.
