Air Italy has gone into liquidation and stopped all operations, effective February 11.
Alisarda and Qatar Airways through AQA Holding S.p.A, the main shareholders of the airline, met and concluded the liquidazione in bonis of the company.
From February 11-25, all Air Italy flights will be operated by other carriers at the times and on the days previously scheduled.
Passengers who booked flights (outward or return) after February 25 will be re-protected (offered a seat on the first available flight of another carrier) or fully refunded.
