Air Tanzania set to start Joburg flights

Air Tanzania has announced that it will commence operations to Johannesburg, with five weekly flights, from November 30.

Flights will be conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on the airline’s Boeing 737 aircraft with 165 economy-class and 16 business-class seats.

Flight TC209 from Johannesburg will depart at 14h15 and arrive in Dar es Salaam Julius Nyerere International Airport at 18h30. Return flight TC208 will depart from Dar es Salaam at 11h00 and will arrive in Johannesburg at 13h15.

Return fares will start at $479 (R8 490). Tickets will soon be available for booking via the GDS.
