New email and tracking system for Emirates

EMIRATES sales support is implementing a new email and tracking management

system. A unique case reference number will be generated and allocated to a

member of the support team. Agents must use an appropriate subject header

to categorise the email and send to the correct internal team – shared support,

groups, deals and fares, general queries, ADM/ACM/refunds and urgent

requests (less than 48 hours). Agents will be able to track service queries by

submitting them to the new EKSA mailbox addresses. Johannesburg: eksa@

emirates.com; Cape Town: cpt.ticketing@emirates.com; Durban: dureksa@

emirates.com.

cost $7 (R99). Drinks, such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate, cost $3 (R43)

outside of the meal service. The menu applies to long- and short-haul flights.

(6787) to be used within Ethiopia. International customers may use the new

number (+251 116 179 900) in addition to the toll-free number in their

respective countries. The airline will add Bengaluru to its network from October

27. Flight ET 0690 will depart ADD on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays

at 23h00 and arrive in BLR at 08h00 the next day. The return flight ET 0691 will
