appointed

Johannesburg - The Rosebank.
Bronwen started her career
in cruising, working on cruise
ships and companies such as
TFC Cruises, Starlight Cruises
and Epirotiki Cruise Lines.
She has since worked for Sun
International as well as Avis.
 Johan de
Kock has
joined Peermont
as the new
executive chef at
Mmabatho Palms
Hotel Casino
Convention resort in the
North West Province. Johan
has more than 10 years’
international experience. He
has managed multiple hotel
units at a senior level and has
been responsible for teams
as large as 60 qualified chefs.
 Jodi Gillespie
has been
appointed
pastry chef
at the Beverly
Hills hotel in
Umhlanga,
KwaZulu-Natal. Jodi was
part of the Fairmont Zimbali
Resort’s opening team.
