Charter
Council has
appointed
Board of
Airline Representatives
South Africa hr and training
consultant, Carol-Anne
Cairns (pictured) as a
member. This follows the
announcement that the
Department of Transport was
finalising a transport sector
BEE audit to provide a clear
picture on the participation
in the sector by previously
disadvantaged individuals.
Barsa ceo, June Crawford,
said the inclusion of Barsa’s
representative on the Charter
Council was an indication of
the importance government
placed on the international
airline sector for its
contribution to the economy.
