Robben Island Museum has announced a 15% discount on all group tickets of three or more for the month of April. Ticket prices are usually R400 per adult and R210 per child under 18, but are now R340 and R178,50 respectively.
The ferry to Robben Island operates every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at 11h00. Should the demand increase, additional tours will be made available.
The museum says it used the opportunity to upgrade the island and expand the range of exhibits.
These include the visitors’ centre, the Sobukwe Complex, and the artillery room.
