Cruise line updates agent-focussed booking tool

Royal Caribbean Cruises has unveiled ‘Stateroom Planner’, a new tool within Espresso: their travel agent focused reservation system for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises. 
The new feature enables agents to customise up to four staterooms at the same time as booking individual and group reservations. 
This customisation process takes occupancy, promotional preferences, stateroom categories, and packages into account. 
The feature will also automatically cross reference guests’ details before finalizing the booking.
