Yesterday, April 11, Cyprus lifted some COVID-19 travel restrictions for inbound tourists.
The Cypriot Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announced that the categorisation of other countries by their epidemiological status would no longer apply. Additionally, travellers will no longer have to hold a CyprusFlightPass.
From April 18, fully vaccinated travellers may enter the country without testing. However, unvaccinated travellers must present a negative result of either a COVID-19 rapid antigen test (not older than 24 hours), or PCR test (not older than 72 hours).
Cypriot authorities have clarified the situation on children and said children under the age of 12 will be exempt from all coronavirus checks.
