Delta Air Lines will relaunch its daily services from New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Lagos’s (LOS) Murtala Muhammed International Airport on December 1.
The last time the carrier served this route was in October 2022, according to Cirium.
The carrier confirmed that the route frequencies would be daily up to January 16, 2025. Thereafter it will fly the route three times weekly in February and March, reports simpleflying.com.
"Delta currently operates a daily service between Atlanta and Lagos and, with the resumption of daily New York-JFK service, will offer a total of 14 weekly flights to Nigeria in December through the first half of January, and 10 weekly flights for the remainder of winter 2024," said a Delta spokesperson.
