In 2027 Edelweiss will extend its Zurich-Windhoek flying season. The season will start in mid-March instead of early June as before.
The airline operated its first non-stop flight from Windhoek to Zurich on June 1, with two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays. In mid-July, the service increased to three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and will operate until the end of October.
