Ethiopia and Argentina have strengthened their bilateral relations by signing an open skies agreement, which allows for unlimited flight frequencies and potential codeshare partnerships between the airlines of both nations.
The agreement was signed in Buenos Aires, on January 16, by the Director General of the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority, Getachew Mengiste, and Argentina’s Secretary of Transportation, Franco Mogetta.
This is expected to enhance air connectivity, offering passengers more options including access to various cities within Argentina through codeshare agreements.
