Etihad has unveiled its flagship premium Lounge at the new Terminal A in Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH).

The three-storey Lounge offers The Residence*, first-, business-class and Etihad Guest members access; economy ticket holders can pay for access to the lounge, reports simpleflying.com.

Dining options include Liwan Global Dining, an all-day-dining restaurant, and the Roof Lounge and Constellation Bar offer an assortment of hot and cold dishes and a selection of mocktails, cocktails, wines and beverages.

Other facilities include relaxation rooms with day beds and shower suites, family rooms, a games room with table football, air hockey and games, and a prayer room with ensuite toilets.

The Lounge also offers travellers direct boarding due to its convenient location adjacent to the gates.

A first-class welcome

First-class passengers have access to the exclusive First Lounge, which has a dedicated reception lobby and elevator to the Rooftop Lounge and an exclusive dining experience including à la carte menus and a selection of the finest wines. It also welcomes first-class passengers with a decadent selection of pastries, desserts and a signature tea and coffee ceremony.

Private suites are also available to give first-class passengers a private space for dining, working or relaxing. These are complimentary for The Residence’s customers and, depending on availability thereafter, are also available for booking by all other first-class lounge guests.

*The Residence-class passengers are first-class passengers who book an additional private three-room suite at the front of the first-class cabin on Etihad Airways’ Airbus A380.
