distribution system can
now access Europcar South
Africa using the supplier
code ‘IM’. Europcar is
now available on all major
global distribution system
platforms.
Europcar’s new distribution
agreement with Sabre offers
its global base of travel
agents and corporate travel
departments access to
Europcar’s fleet of 20 000
vehicles across nearly 100
branches in five Southern
African countries.

working with Sabreconnected
agencies
and travel management
companies utilising Sabre’s
global distribution system,”
says Martin Lydall,
executive of sales and
marketing at Europcar.
The travel industry
remained a vital component
of Europcar’s business
model and this latest
partnership opened further
channels for the trade to
transact with the car hire
company, Europcar said in a
statement.
