EZ Shuttle to offer global chauffeur services

Transfer and shuttle provider EZ Shuttle has announced its upcoming partnership with Blacklane, a premier provider of high-quality chauffeur services across Europe, the US, Middle East and Australia, starting in February 2025.

This collaboration will enable EZ Shuttle clients in South Africa (and elsewhere abroad) to book Blacklane chauffeur services seamlessly through EZ Shuttle’s booking platforms, either on a prepaid basis or against their existing EZ Shuttle account.

Blacklane operates a global fleet of black Mercedes vehicles, ranging from E-Class to Maybach models, chauffeured by drivers in formal attire.

Since introducing international transfers in 2022 through a partnership with Get-E in the Netherlands, EZ Shuttle has now further expanded its offerings.

The integration of Blacklane on February 1, 2025, will mean that EZ Shuttle can provide customers with a broader range of transfer options, from budget-friendly services to premium chauffeur experiences, starting February 1, 2025.

A unique advantage of this partnership is that Blacklane bookings will be processed in real-time via its dedicated booking portals, as well as through Travel IT, NexCT, and CliqIT.

Importantly, Blacklane transfers will be commissionable, with EZ Shuttle ensuring monthly commission payments to agents and partners. Travel agents will further benefit from the convenience of not needing to pay upfront, and EZ Shuttle will pay commissions within South Africa.

By managing the operational aspects of bookings, EZ Shuttle will act as the primary vendor and liaison between agents and Blacklane internationally, offering comprehensive support and assistance in case of any issues.

“We are confident that this enhancement to our international service offerings will be highly valuable to agents throughout the country and the continent,” said Guyck van Heerden, MD of EZ Shuttle.
