Fastjet Zimbabwe boosts Bulawayo connectivity

04 Sep 2024

Fastjet Zimbabwe, the award-winning value airline of choice, continues to connect Zimbabwe’s three local key tourism and business hubs of Harare, Bulawayo and Victoria Falls with regular scheduled flights.

On July 7, fastjet introduced additional flights between Harare and Bulawayo, providing the market with double-daily flights on weekends.

And more good news is that the carrier will introduce a third frequency from Johannesburg to Bulawayo on November 1. The thrice-weekly flights will operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

“These midday flights will operate with flight numbers FN8667 and FN8668, supporting business and leisure day trips between these two iconic cities,” said Nunurai Ndawana, fastjet Zimbabwe Spokesperson.

“As Zimbabwe’s industrial hub, ensuring improved connectivity to Bulawayo is our foremost priority. We continue to engage the market to establish more ways to better serve our customers.”

Fastjet flights between Johannesburg and Bulawayo are designed to offer business travellers the choice of a day trip between the two cities.

These flights are currently available for booking.

The airline remains committed to the development and enhancement of connectivity options for travel and tourism in Zimbabwe.
