THE 183 room Hilton Malabo Palace, named after the capital city, will be the first premier hotel built in Equatorial Guinea, situated on the west coast of Africa. Commencing development later this year, the new hotel, residing in 22 hectares of tropical gardens, is due to open by late September 2005. (Anton Marsh)
