Ten years after establishing the Itaga Luxury Private Game Lodge in Limpopo, Gavin Simpson, ceo of Holiday Holdings, has announced that the True Group has acquired it, effective from October 1.
Just a two-hour drive from Sandton, Itaga is located in a 12 000-hectare malaria-free game reserve that is home to the Big 5.
In terms of the sale agreement, Holiday Holdings will continue to perform the reservations, sales and marketing function for the new owners of the lodge.
