Holiday Tours – limited booking functionality

Following the migration of kulula.com to Sabre, Holiday Tours will have limited booking functionality on kulula flights for the three days preceding the migration. From June 20-22, Holiday Tours will not be able to put any bookings on hold for issuing later.

All bookings will be on a ‘book and pay immediately’ basis during that time. Availability can be checked and quotes issued but no flights can be held firm until full payment is received. The On Hold facility should be back in place by June 25.
 
This will affect domestic packages on the Holiday Tours website for online bookings that agents may wish to secure and place on hold.

Affected consultants can save a quote but when clients are ready to book, they will need to collect payment for the flights in full before seats can be confirmed.
