JW Marriott Hotels debuts in north east China

JW Marriott has opened its first hotel in northeast China, JW Marriott Hotel Harbin River North, in the Harbin Songbei district.

The hotel has 345 guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the islands and rivers that run throughout the city.

The meetings and events spaces include two large ballrooms, suitable for weddings or conferences, that can accommodate 400 seated and 700 standing guests respectively. There are also four additional function rooms, a VIP room, a boardroom and 32 800 sqm of outdoor space for other events.

There are two dining venues serving Chinese dishes and buffet options. There are also two lounges and a brewery that serves light meals and drinks.

Other features include an indoor swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness centre.
