Latest visa changes…

Turkey
Travellers must now apply for
Turkish visas online at www.
evisa.gov.tr/en/tour/.
Visitors will still be able to
receive help with applying for
visas at points of entry but
they are discouraged from
arriving in the country without
having applied beforehand.
Visas remain free for South
African passport holders.
Canada
Citizen and Immigration
Canada has advised that
single- and multiple-entry visas
now cost the same. Previously,
a single-entry visa cost R700
(CAD75) and multiple-entry
R1 400 (CAD150). Both visas
now cost R980 (CAD100) but
it is at the discretion of the
issuing ofcer whether to issue
a single- or multiple-entry visa.
Travellers are advised to apply
for a multiple-entry visa. Family
visas, which previously cost
R3 700 (CAD400) are now
R4 900 (CAD500).
Czech Republic
The Czech Republic has
updated its visa costs.
Short-term visas have
decreased from R917 to
R886 and children’s visas
have decreased from R886 to
