Seventy percent of Marlin Lodge, on Benguerra Island, Mozambique, was destroyed by fire in December.

The lodge notified agents and guests and assisted in moving them to other lodges for December/January.

Agents and guests with reservations from February, up to and including June, have been advised that guests cannot be accommodated.  Guests have either been released from their current reservation to allow them to either travel at a later stage or make alternative accommodation arrangements.

It is not known when the lodge will be fully operational but the lodge hopes it will be by August.

Marlin Lodge reservations can be reached on 012 940 4212 or reservations@marlinlodge.co.za
