MSC adds new tier to loyalty programme

25 Nov 2024

MSC is adding a higher tier to its MSC Voyagers Club loyalty programme, the Blue Diamond tier, offering a new range of benefits.

The new tier sits above the existing Classic, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers.

Blue Diamond members will have flexible check-in times with priority embarkation and a dedicated luggage drop-off service via the MSC Yacht Club check-in desk. They can dine at any time in any of the ship’s main restaurants without a reservation.

Each Blue Diamond guest will receive a Wi-Fi package for one device per member as well as shuttle bus tickets in selected ports. The ship’s captain or officer will meet and greet the guests and they will have priority embarkation and priority access to tender boats in port.

These additional benefits come on top of existing Diamond tier membership benefits. The validity of this membership is extended from three years to five years. Anyone can sign up to the loyalty programme, even if they do not have a current booking.
