Moving and shaking

AFTER working as a gsa in Cape Town planning safaris for United Kingdom-based Holland & Holland's guests from overseas, Samantha Ford has left for New York to head up the company's US office.
In London, Linda Stuart will be heading the Safari desk to Southern Africa. She has worked for several well-known African travel organisers and is a familiar face in the industry.
Ford says since interest in Southern African holidays is "stronger than ever", the company will publish a book entitled 'Experience Africa with Holland & Holland' at the end of May.
The book is available free of charge and offers advice on many of the best places to visit, based on the company's regional experience.
The company's latest safari clothing range has also been released. Designed by Jose Levy, it features a wide assortment of materials and designs, using silk, khaki and leather to reflect the diversity of nature.
