MSC Cruises has introduced a new conversational AI assistant to help guests manage their cruise experience.
MSC Concierge is fully integrated into the MSC for Me app and is available in more than 90 languages.
The 24/7 tool offers personalised recommendations and seamless access to information about their cruise. The service can support in many ways, including answering questions, booking services, restaurants, spa treatments, and shore excursions, checking account balances, or finding entertainment options.
The tool is available on the majority of the line’s ships and will be rolled out fleetwide by the end of May.
