Viking has launched its newest river ship, Viking Saigon on the Mekong River. Its inaugural season started on August 9.
Purpose-built for the Mekong, the new three-deck Viking Saigon hosts 80 guests in 40 outside staterooms.
The ship sails between Kampong Cham, Cambodia, and Mỹ Tho, Vietnam, on Viking’s 15-day Magnificent Mekong itinerary. Guests will explore the cultural gems of Vietnam and Cambodia with 16 guided tours.
Featuring the Scandinavian design for which Viking is known, all staterooms have hotel-style beds and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a veranda or French balcony.
Guests on the Viking Saigon can enjoy a Spa & Fitness Centre, Infinity Pool and the open-air Sky Bar on the Upper Deck.
