New look for Indaba Hotel’s bistro

The Indaba Hotel in Fourways, Johannesburg, has relaunched its Bistro 407 restaurant.

It’s no longer just a place to eat a meal but a proud showcase of the Indaba Hotel’s history, says Sharon Hunnink, sales and marketing manager.

“As one of the oldest accommodation options in Fourways, the intimate eatery is a nod to the history of the Indaba Hotel, as the property began its life on lot 407 of the original farm, Zevenfontein. More heritage commemoration can be found in our new signature cocktail, the 407 Lavender Pina Colada,” she says.

Bistro 407 offers an upscale experience. “Innovation is crucial to a thriving tourism offering,” says Sharon. “We're continually looking at new ways to enthrall our guests and tantalise their taste-buds.”

Bistro 407 is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18h00 until 22h30.
