Shanghai Disney Resort has started construction on a new Spider-Man-themed land – the ninth themed land at the resort.
The new project was first announced in August 2024 at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, and will be located adjacent to Zootopia.
It will include the park’s first major superhero-themed attraction, a thrill coaster, and will feature Spider-Man and friends-themed shopping, food and beverage, and entertainment experiences.
The opening date has not yet been announced.
