The Nigerian Federal Government has installed 30-second biometric clearance gates for Nigeria Immigration Services at all international airports, reports thenationonlineng.net.

The biometric facial recognition gates will screen and clear passengers within 30 seconds without any interface or immigration staff intervention.

17 gates in Lagos, 10 in Abuja, five in Port Harcourt and Kano, and four in Enugu will be ready to use by March.
