Oceania unveils Aurelia’s inaugural sailings

Oceania Cruises has unveiled the inaugural sailings for Oceania Aurelia, which will include two Around the World voyages and two Grand Voyages.

The inaugural season will begin in late November 2027 with a collection of European sailings. The first will depart Rome on November 29, 2027 and visit Salerno, Messina, Valletta, Dubrovnik, Zadar and Trieste over seven days. 

Oceania Aurelia will host the Oceania Club Reunion cruise, departing December 6, 2027 and visiting Adriatic and Aegean destinations, with an overnight stay in Istanbul.

Around the World Voyages

Miami to New York, departing January 18, 2028 (180 days): The voyage transits the Panama Canal, calling at the Hawaiian Islands and spending over two weeks in French Polynesia and the South Pacific. It then explores Australia, before moving through Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, India and the Arabian Peninsula. In Europe, stops include Greece, Italy, the French Riviera, Spain and Portugal, before concluding in New York.

Los Angeles to New York, departing January 6, 2029 (180 days): The voyage traces the Pacific coast from Central America to Ecuador, Peru and Chile. Aurelia will call at Easter Island followed by over two weeks in French Polynesia and the South Pacific, and three weeks in New Zealand and Australia. In Asia, stops include Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, India and the Arabian Peninsula. The voyage then visits Greece, Croatia, Italy, Spain, France, and the British Isles before crossing to New York.

The two voyages will feature overnight stays in ports including Papeete, Bora Bora, Sydney, Bali, Tokyo, Singapore, Mumbai, Seville and Bordeaux. Selected overland programmes will take guests to Machu Picchu in Peru, Petra in Jordan and the Taj Mahal in India. 

Grand Voyages

Grand Nordic & Baltic Discovery, departing July 18, 2028 (78 days from New York to Boston):  More than two months exploring destinations across Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, British Isles, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Germany and Western Europe.

Grand South America Adventure, departing October 27, 2028 (71 days from Miami to Los Angeles): Calls at islands across the Caribbean before heading to South America, including Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Peru. Travellers will also cruise the Antarctic Peninsula and explore Peru’s Machu Picchu.
