One Rosebank Executive Apartment Hotel, developed by Tricolt Developments, is set to welcome guests in May.
Located in Johannesburg, One Rosebank, will offer luxury hospitality and residential offerings, easy access to Rosebank Mall and The Zone as well as the Gautrain station, reports CNBC Africa.
The ultra-exclusive apartment hotel will feature range of bars and restaurants, business centre and a gym. It will also include a coffee bar, poolside bar, sauna and steam room, soccer field, basketball court and boma.
Additionally, there will be a number of smart services, such as concierge services, car wash services, electric car bays, and electric bike rentals.
