Manoj Papa has been appointed ceo of Air Seychelles.
Manoj previously held several posts at SAA, over several
different functions, including finance, sales and distribution,
sales strategy, the Voyager programme and e-commerce
projects. He also served SAA as regional gm for Asia and
Australasia. In 2007 he left the national carrier to join
Etihad Airways, later becoming vp of corporate strategy
until he returned to SAA in 2012, when he became the
national carrier’s acting gm: commercial. Manoj told
TNW he was delighted with the opportunity to take
Air Seychelles to the next level. “I am very excited and
honoured with my appointment. Air Seychelles is producing
promising results and has recently achieved four-star
status in the Skytrax ratings!” That rating puts it on a par
with SAA, Emirates, Etihad, Air France, Lufthansa and Thai,
among others.
