The Hilton Sandton hosted the Africa and Indian Ocean
Women in Leadership Conference on March 27, which
focused on educating, empowering and mobilising
women within the Hilton Group. The initiative forms
part of the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy,
which aims to appoint its first female general
manager in South Africa in the next 18 to 24 months.
