Qantas has announced that its Sydney-Johannesburg Airbus A380 flights will launch almost three months after its original launch date on July 8.

The flights are now expected to start on September 30, reports simpleflying.com.

Qantas will initially operate five weekly flights, down from its present six weekly, and return to six weekly flights in late October.
