Guests can now cancel Royal Caribbean cruises as late as two days before departure.
Guests will receive a full credit for their fare, usable on any future sailing of the guest’s choice in 2020 or 2021. The policy applies to both new and existing cruise bookings with a sailing date on or before July 31, 2020.
RCI used to set earlier deadlines for cruise cancellations but revised this in light of increased uncertainty surrounding the rapid spread of COVID-19.
The ‘Cruise with Confidence’ policy will be offered by the company’s other global brands: Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea.
