Business class and economy class fuel surcharges on SAA have increased from US$110,10 (R 1 103,81) to US$119,90 (R1 202,06) between Johannesburg and Hong Kong, effective October 1.

Exceptions may apply for SA Express (SA 1000 – SA 1999) & Airlink (SA7000 - SA7999 & SA8000 –SA8999) flights - please contact the carrier directly.

The surcharge will be shown as YR in the tax/fees/charges box of the air ticket. It is applied in addition to all other charges and is not subject to any discounts, including infant and children fares, agent discounts and award tickets.
