Following the announcement of its intention to open a route from Johannesburg to Lubumbashi, SAA has now confirmed that the new service will commence on November 1.
SAA will operate the route with five flights a week from Mondays to Fridays on the following schedule:
“Our five weekly flights, landing at 13h20 in Lubumbashi, ensure travellers have the flexibility and convenience to plan their business trips and connect seamlessly to the copper mining regions of Ndola,” SAA said on Facebook.
