SAA Voyager – loving the changes?

03 Feb 2015 - by Natasha Tippel

The new SAA Voyager RE5 system has taken effect, as of February 1. SAA frequent flyers are now rewarded for the amount of money they spend with the airline rather than the number of miles they have travelled.
Members receive 1 mile per R1,60 spent and the accumulation of miles under this earning structure counts towards tier status. The redemption of miles under the new structure is applicable to the base fare and fuel levy of a member’s requested SAA flights.
Have you experienced any problems with the switchover to the new programme? Let us know by writing to natashas@nowmedia.co.za.
