Scenic Cruises’ ocean-going yachts, the Emerald Azzurra, Emerald Sakara and Scenic Eclipse II, will begin sailing in the Caribbean at the end of the year.

The 12 itineraries, ranging from eight to 19 days, include routes in the Grenadines, British and US Virgin Islands, eastern Caribbean and West Indies, as well as to Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica and Colombia.

Emerald Azzura and Emerald Sakara will both homeport in the Caribbean from the beginning of November. Their new itineraries include an eight-day eastern Caribbean trip between Nassau and Bridgetown, with stops at St Barths, Barbados, Marigot, and Saint Martin.

An eight-day West Indies Island Hopping itinerary offers a round trip to all the best Caribbean beaches in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques.  The trip offers snorkelling, coastal tours and kayaking.

Scenic Eclipse II will make its Caribbean debut in mid-October. It will offer an 11-day Bermuda and Bahamas voyage from Portland, Maine, to Nassau, Bahamas. There is a five-day or three-day ‘Taste of Bermuda’ cruise and a five-day ‘Bermuda Escapade’ cruise. The nine-day ‘Caribbean Sunsets: Turks and Caicos Islands to Jamaica’ cruise will sail from Nassau to Montego Bay, stopping at ports in off-the-beaten-track destinations such as Egg Island and Iguana Island.

Scenic Cruises is represented locally by Cruise Vacations.
