The sky’s the limit as Skybucks turns 1!

18 Mar 2024

This month, Airlink celebrates the first anniversary of Skybucks, its groundbreaking frequent-flyer programme designed to redefine customers’ travel experiences across Africa. Since its launch in March 2023, Skybucks has offered exclusive air travel rewards, turning every journey into an opportunity to earn and spend on Airlink flights.

Skybucks is a bespoke Airlink frequent-flyer rewards programme that is straightforward, easy to understand, delivers exactly what is promised, and, above all, satisfies customers’ needs.

With only four tiers – Blue, Red, Emerald, and the coveted by-invitation-only Black Tier, members enjoy increasing benefits based on their tier status and the number of flight sectors flown within a rolling 12-month period.

In its first year, 100 000 customers have already joined the programme – that’s more than the average capacity of any top-class football stadium! Currently, about 80% of members are South Africans, with the balance representing the various markets we serve through our comprehensive route network and convenient flight schedule.

It was only fitting when the airline unveiled a distinctive, special-liveried Embraer E195 jetliner in July last year, adorned in an elegant black paint scheme, symbolising Skybucks’ pinnacle Black Tier, reflecting the programme’s essence of elegance, exclusivity, and desirability.

If you haven’t yet, sign up at Skybucks.co.za today and transform your future journeys into fulfilling experiences, or visit Skybucks.flyairlink for more information. Sign up. Fly. Earn. Redeem. Benefit.

Cheers to many more years of enriching journeys with Skybucks! Fly more. More rewards.
