TAAG Angola Airlines will begin the gradual transfer of its flights from Quatro de Fevereiro International Airport (LAD) to Luanda’s new Dr António Agostinho Neto International Airport (NBJ), on November 10.

The Luanda-Cabinda route will be the first to use the new airport. The airline says this route has the highest volume of passenger traffic and flights throughout the day.

TAAG’s four daily frequencies to Cabinda, operated by a 74-seat Dash 8-Q400 aircraft will use NBJ exclusively.

During December, additional domestic flights (Dundo, Saurimo, Luena and Soyo) will operate from NBJ.

The airline will complete the transfer of the remaining domestic and international links in the first quarter of 2025.
